Returns, Refunds & Chargeback Policy

At ShinyHuntCards, we want every customer to understand exactly what they are purchasing before checkout. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms below.


Mystery Slab Bag Policy

All Mystery Slab Bag products are considered final sale.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Starter Mystery Slab Bags
Deluxe Mystery Slab Bags
Elite Mystery Slab Bags
High Roller Mystery Slab Bags
Any limited edition, event-exclusive, or promotional mystery slab product

Each Mystery Slab Bag contains one graded Pokémon card slab from a professional grading company such as PSA, CGC, BGS, or TAG.

Mystery Slab Bags are random by nature. The exact card, Pokémon, grade, grading company, set, era, and market value are unknown until the bag is opened.


No Returns or Exchanges on Mystery Products

Due to the random and sealed nature of Mystery Slab Bags, we do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on these products once purchased.

We do not issue refunds or exchanges for:

Not receiving a chase card
Receiving a card worth less than the purchase price
Receiving a lower-end slab
Receiving a Pokémon, card, grade, set, era, or grading company the buyer did not prefer
Market value changes after purchase
Buyer’s remorse
Opened mystery products
Sealed mystery products after fulfillment or delivery
Products purchased at card shows, events, livestreams, or through our website

Mystery products are purchased for the experience of the chase. Some bags may contain higher-value slabs, and some may contain lower-value slabs. That risk is part of the product.


Chase Card & Market Value Disclaimer

Any listed chase values are approximate and based on market estimates at the time the Mystery Slab Bags are created.

Market values may change before or after purchase.

Chase cards are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing. Product photos, videos, livestreams, social media posts, advertisements, or previous pulls may show possible hits or past results, but they do not guarantee what will be inside any individual bag.

By purchasing a Mystery Slab Bag, the buyer understands that the slab received may be worth less than, equal to, or more than the purchase price.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you believe you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To review the issue, we may require:

Your order number
Clear photos of the package
Clear photos of the product
Photos of any damage
A description of the issue
Tracking information, if applicable

We will review damaged or incorrect order claims on a case-by-case basis.

Damage claims must involve shipping damage or fulfillment error. Dissatisfaction with the random card received does not qualify as damage or an incorrect order.


Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, ShinyHuntCards is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or missing packages.

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please check with:

Your household members
Neighbors
Your local post office or shipping carrier
Your building, front desk, mailroom, or package locker

We recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier for missing delivered packages.

We are happy to provide tracking details or order information needed for a carrier claim.


Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

ShinyHuntCards is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to pick up the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees before the order can be reshipped.


Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

We take chargebacks and payment disputes seriously.

Before filing a chargeback, please contact us first so we can review the issue and try to help resolve it.

By purchasing from ShinyHuntCards, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that:

They have read the product description before purchasing
They understand Mystery Slab Bags are random products
They understand all Mystery Slab Bag sales are final
They understand chase cards are not guaranteed
They understand the slab received may be worth less than the purchase price
They understand dissatisfaction with the random pull does not qualify for a refund, return, exchange, or payment dispute

Filing a chargeback because you did not receive a chase card, did not like the card received, received a lower-value slab, changed your mind, or misunderstood the mystery product after purchase may be considered misuse of the payment dispute process.

If a chargeback is filed, we may provide the payment processor or financial institution with:

The product description
This return and chargeback policy
Order confirmation details
Checkout records
Tracking and delivery confirmation
Customer communication history
Photos, videos, livestream records, or fulfillment records when available

We reserve the right to refuse future sales to customers who file improper or abusive chargebacks.


Event, Show, and In-Person Sales

All in-person sales at card shows, events, pop-ups, livestreams, or vendor booths are final.

Please inspect all non-mystery products before completing an in-person purchase.

For Mystery Slab Bags purchased in person, the same final sale policy applies. Once the bag is purchased, the result of the mystery pull cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.


Non-Mystery Products

For non-mystery products, return eligibility may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

To request a review, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Returned items, if approved, must be in the same condition they were received. Items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging when applicable.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified fulfillment error by ShinyHuntCards.

We reserve the right to deny any return request that does not meet these conditions.
